DigiSaksha is an assistive investigative operating system designed to aid law enforcement officials in managing cases, generating documents, and analyzing Call Detail Records (CDRs). The Platform relies on artificial intelligence to process inputs and draft documents.
3.1 Accuracy of Information: The AI-generated outputs, including but not limited to FIR drafts and case summaries, are designed to assist officers. They are not final legal documents. It is the sole responsibility of the investigating officer to verify the accuracy, legality, and completeness of all AI-generated content before filing or taking official action.
3.2 Data Uploads: You are strictly prohibited from uploading highly classified state secrets or data that violates departmental protocols to the Platform. You must ensure you have the authority to process the data you submit.
3.3 Account Security: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. Do not share your access with unauthorized personnel.
DigiSaksha and its creators shall not be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use the Platform. We are not responsible for any legal repercussions arising from the use of unverified AI-generated documents in official proceedings.
The Platform's code, design, logos, and proprietary AI workflows are the intellectual property of DigiSaksha. Users are granted a limited license to use the software for its intended investigative purposes.
We reserve the right to modify or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, the Platform with or without notice.
