DigiSaksha collects user profile data (Name, Badge Number, Email, Station) during registration to authenticate and authorize access to the platform. We also temporarily process case data, audio recordings, and CDR files uploaded by users to provide AI analysis.
2Data Usage & AI Processing
The data you upload is used strictly to generate the insights and documents you request. We utilize secure, enterprise-grade AI models to process text and audio. We do not use your investigative data to train our own AI models.
3Data Protection & Security
We implement robust security measures, including HTTPS encryption in transit and secure database storage, to protect your information. Authentication is handled securely via Supabase infrastructure.
4Data Sharing
We do not sell, rent, or voluntarily share your data with any third parties. Data is only transmitted to our trusted AI providers momentarily for processing and is strictly bound by enterprise non-training confidentiality agreements.
5Data Retention
Case data and uploaded files are retained within your secure workspace until you choose to delete them. You have full control over your case files and can delete them at any time from your dashboard.
